Class Timetable & Booking

Here you can find my weekly and monthly Yoga classes. Click on 'Read more' under the class for more information. Below is also my timetable and booking.   

Weekly Classes

I share weekly online Hatha yoga on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6-7pm.  These classes are suitable for beginners and more experienced practitioners and tend to be a mix of Hatha yoga and Vinyasa flow.  Classes currently run online, using Zoom.  From Thursday 10th March the Thursday class will be covered by Sarah Lucia Yoga and from Tuesday 5th April Tuesday class will be covered by Ella Does Yoga whilst I am on maternity leave.

I teach in person weekly on Wednesdays 7-8pm at BS7 Gym, Gloucester County Cricket Ground, Bristol. Booking available via BS7 Gym.   From Wednesday 6th April class will be covered by Travis Roth AKA Roller Yogi whilst I am on maternity leave.

Monthly and fortnightly Classes

Alongside my weekly classes, I also offer Monthly and bi weekly classes online.  The second and fourth Friday evening of the month we can settle down and rest together with yin yoga and Yoga Nidra.  The third Saturday morning of the month offers a Hatha flow class from 9:30-10:30. Start the weekend as you mean to go on.  Monthly and fortnightly classes are online (Zoom).  These classes will pause from May 2022 for a few months.

1:1 Yoga Sessions

£25 an hour. Online.

A 1:1 yoga session with me will support you with whatever you need in yoga, whether it be understanding and practicing a particular posture or just needing some individual hints and tips for various parts of your practice. Please enquire to discuss arrangements.  This offer is postponed from May 2022 for a few months.
