Service Description

Wednesday 6:15-7:15 pm. Online (Zoom). £8 drop in or with class pass / membership. Book here. This is a hatha yoga class suitable for beginners and all levels. Expect time to be still at the beginning and end with classic hatha yoga poses and some work with movement and the breath in between. This class is great for building up stability and flexibility in the body and helping to bring moments of quiet for your mind. Its great if you have your own mat at home and some props such as pillows, blankets or even yoga blocks or bricks, but these are not essential. You don’t need a Zoom account to join.
