Third Saturday of the month 9:30-10:30. Online (Zoom). £5.50 drop in or included with monthly membership or use a class pass. This monthly class is suitable for all levels. This morning class will use hatha poses to guide you gently into the weekend. Each monthly class has a theme, sometimes based on nature, time of year or on feedback from students (such as building strength). Hatha poses are used in a sequence, generally building in intensity so that the theme for the class is drawn upon throughout. Its great if you have your own mat at home and some props such as pillows, blankets or even yoga blocks or bricks, but these are not essential. Please contact me if you have an injury you are working with or if you are pregnant. You don’t need a Zoom account to join.
